Josh Mcnutt

Josh serves as the Director of Young Families and Global Missions at Ridge Church.

Before joining the Ridge Church team in March, 2024, Josh worked in upper management in the corporate world for over 20 years. He has educational backgrounds in various areas of leadership (Executive Leadership, Project Management, Outdoor Leadership, etc) and is currently working on his Masters degree in Biblical Leadership through the Immerse program at Northwest Baptist Seminary.

Josh oversees young family ministries at Ridge Church. This includes RidgeKids Sunday curriculum and operations, mom’s groups, child dedications and Alpha Kids. He works closely with volunteers to ensure child safety and foster spiritual development. 

He also oversees the Global Missions partnerships that we have at Ridge Church. He works alongside the leaders of our global ministry partners and our Outreach Team to facilitate missions trips, financial support, prayer requests, and seek out new ways to help our church grow in global ministries.

Josh cares deeply about creating a fun and safe environment for children to learn about Jesus and grow in their faith, while providing support for parents in their spiritual journey. He is eager to be a tool for people around the globe to learn about Jesus and to encourage others to develop in their discipleship calling.
