Dan Steenson

Dan serves as the Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Leadership Development at Ridge Church.

Before joining the Ridge Church team in August, 2019, Dan served in youth ministry for 3 years in interior BC while completing his M.Div through the Immerse Program at Northwest Seminary. 

Dan oversees ministries, events, and pathways for all those on a journey of being formed into the image of Jesus. He brings specific care and development for those serving and growing into leadership from a volunteer to a staff level. Dan also oversees our prayer ministries alongside Margaret and manages the church's creative communications. 

He works alongside our staff team and a number of our serving teams to ensure a unified vision and philosophy of leadership and ministry for our church. 

Dan is committed to a vision that puts Jesus at the head and prayer at the centre of our church. He longs to see every person, regardless of age, background, or experience, see clear ways in which they can both be transformed by Christ and participate in the life and mission of our church for the sake of our city.
